Tips
- Timing: send within 24 hours of the call, while it's still fresh for both of you.
- Be specific: reference one real detail from the conversation. It signals you were actually listening, not sending a form letter.
- If it goes quiet after this: give it 3-5 business days, then use the follow-up after interview template. The cadence is the same either way.
